Every piece leaves our workshop wrapped in care, and we want it to arrive just as beautifully as it left the kiln.
Southeast Asia
- Singapore & Malaysia: 5–10 days
- Thailand, Vietnam & Philippines: 7–14 days
United States, Canada, UK & Europe
- 12–20 days
Because these pieces are handcrafted and shipped internationally, they take a little longer than mass-produced goods. We think the wait is worth it, and we hope you do too.
You'll receive a tracking number within 2 days of shipment, so you can follow its journey home.
Packing
Each vessel is wrapped in shock-absorbing foam and boxed in five-layer corrugated board, then tested to ISTA 1A drop standards before it leaves us. If a piece arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it.
Shipping
Free shipping on orders over S$50.
Returns
If a piece is not right for you, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we refund the item price once it reaches us in its original condition.
If something arrives damaged, that is on us: send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it at our cost.
